Rose Calcite Sphere

Rose Calcite sphere, measuring approx 62mm. This is a relatively new find from Pakistan, and not to be confused with Pink/Mangano Calcite. It is a much deeper pink and does not fluoresce under uv light. Most banded Calcite is found in Pakistan or Mexico, often in shades of green, white and yellow. Calcite is found all over the world in a variety of colours and forms. Most common colours are Blue, Green, Yellow, Honey and Orange. Optical Calcite is a clear double refractive variety. Mangano Calcite, or Pink Calcite is a soft pink, that glows under uv light. You will receive the exact crystal shown.
