Lantern Fluorite Specimen

Lantern Fluorite specimen. A highly sought after, natural multi-coloured Fluorite which is uv reactive, from the Fujian Province in China. It was discovered around 2017 in the Xianyang Town area of Quanzhou. It is renowned for its intense colours. These specimens typically feature cubic crystals with heavily bevelled edges. Some exhibit a "QR code" pattern, characterized by an etched surface, with raised sharp edges. Fluorite is found in a large variety of colours, due to the impurities in the crystal, and can be found in cubic form, octahedrons and large pieces without crystal structure visible to the naked eye. When Fluorite is pure it is colourless and many varieties are fluorescent. You will receive the exact crystal shown.
