Half, polished Fossil Ammonite revealing beautiful chambers, measuring approx 78mm x 55mm. Rare, iridescent fossils from the Cretaceous period (66-75 million years ago). These fossils are commonly sourced from Alberta, Canada or Madagascar, and feature shells that have been replaced by colourful, opal-like aragonite or silica, displaying vibrant reds, greens, golds and purples.
